Russia and Iran have been demonstrating for a long time that they are having a Hybrid war with us

Unless people understand that Russia and Iran are having a Hybrid war with U.S. and Western Democracies and Sunni Countries in the middle east then likely the hybrid war is already won by Russia and Iran. Though war rooms at the Pentagon might understand this the average person in the U.S. doesn't seem to.
