Because I'm 71 I have watched while slowly the morality of the average person has gone away. It wasn't like this in the 1950s or 1960s. It's true it was harsher in another kind of way completely that you see in movies like I just saw like "Once upon a time in Hollywood" but people in the 1950s and 1960s just wouldn't put up with what people put up with today from anyone. It was a much more "do it yourself" society like it had always been from the beginning. In other words if you didn't protect yourselves and your families and children no one else likely would either. So, still in the 1950s and 1960s people took the law into their own hands more just like in many ways like "Once upon a time in Hollywood". You don't see this as much anymore. The bad side of how it used to be was problem people often wound up buried in someone's back yard in a shallow grave. But, the good side of all this was you didn't have all the shootings you see now because people like that would have been killed or "put away" by the average person on the streets in the 1950s and 1960s or before.
So, Trump never could have been president then and all these people shooting everything up would likely already have been killed by vigilantes in our society. So, by becoming more liberal we also have opened ourselves up to mass killings too. So, because of all of this there will be more and more and more young men going off and killing everyone. The way society is presently being run there is nothing at all to stop it from getting much worse now.
However, there might be some kind of tipping point I don't see as of yet in the works.
