First of all, I consider Giuliani someone with sort of Senile Dementia in some ways. So, to me, Giuliani is a nut job like the president. When you hear what the president says there are no real facts here just innuendo and smear tactics. So, there is no basis for anything other than blackmailing Velensky to do the will of the president through extortion or bribery of the president of Ukraine.
