Right mindful kindness is what I learned from Tibetan Lamas but this is NOT idiot compassion it is Wise Right Mindful Compassion where you use every aspect of your life experience in being kind to yourself and all other beings in the past, present and future. So, part of learning to be kind is to be strong enough to be kind in a wise, right mindful useful way to yourself and all other beings in the past, present and future of the entire universe.
