Took a fall in Kahului the day I left

I'm 6 foot 5 and sort of built like a football player (very big boned) to the point that I have never (even when falling 40 feet from climbing) broken any bones in my body. But, I have broken my nose more than once and broken my little toe once too.

For example, if someone skies into me they usually fall down so I try to always be looking back regularly  so especially fast snowboarders don't plow into me at 60 miles per hour because it might be fatal for them to hit me at that speed because I might be 1 1/2 to 2 times what they weigh at 6 foot five inches tall. So, if they run into me it is sort of for them like running into a tree in actuality.

So, when I was walking fast trying to find a bathroom sort of desperately at the time in Kahului, Maui just before flying home, because the gas station didn't have one (after taking lasix) which makes you have to urinate in an extreme way, I didn't see the cement sidewalk suddenly go up 6 inches and found myself laid out flat but luckily my two hands and wrists stopped me from falling completely on my face and breaking my nose or something. Two men who saw how hard I fell asked me if I was all right and I said to them: "I'm probably okay because I'm built like a football player" which is true. However, I had a 4 inch long bruise on my right knee where it hit the sidewalk and black and blue pads below my thumbs in my hands as well where I hit pretty hard. Luckily, I was sort of okay until today (several days later) when I feel sort of like I got hit in the head by a sledge hammer or something so I have had to take it easy today after I worked in the yard some trimming some ceonothus bushes that were growing into our roses.
