However, I had a 4 inch long bruise on my right knee where it hit the sidewalk and black and blue pads below my thumbs in my hands as well where I hit pretty hard. Luckily, I was sort of okay until today (several days later) when I feel sort of like I got hit in the head by a sledge hammer or something so I have had to take it easy today after I worked in the yard some trimming some ceonothus bushes that were growing into our roses.
