If you cannot protest police brutality you then live in a Police state

This is true all over the world. If you live somewhere you cannot protest what the Police are doing for example, regarding police brutality or police murders then often the police there kill or maim with impunity. This is true all over the world.

So, what Barr is advocating is a Dictatorial Police State and not a democracy!
