If you wonder why I'm blogging less than before it is carpal tunnel. I'm finding that it is affecting my lower thumbs which affects my grip for opening jars and buttoning my shirts. So, I'm Blogging less and wearing Ace supports on with the aluminum supports or plastic or whatever the stiff part is within them. I find it has reduced the pain in my lower thumbs about 80 to 90%. I've also thought of using Siri to speak to to do the blogging but that just makes my life less secure because that just compiles even more information that you don't want the world to have about you through Siri or Alexa or any of those kinds of devices you talk to and they do things for you. I'm just not into giving all that type of software my first born or something like that if you know what I mean that is then sold over and over again and used against my kids and grandkids the next several hundred years in various kinds of harm.

So, blogging manually is about as far as I'm choosing to go at this (at least at this point) in trying to prevent through this blog human extinction in any ways I can think of or intuit here on earth or beyond. I'm sure many of you other bloggers out there see just how dangerous these times are worldwide and are trying to see that at least some humans are still alive by 2100.

As a precognitive psychic and intuitive I presently would say that about 1 billion people will still be alive by 2100 after the causes set in place the last 5 years or so by various people and by all people on earth as well as all our ancestors back 15,000 to 20,000 years or more through slash and burning of forests and grass lands etc. which brought us here to global warming which will kill maybe 7/8 of the human race in the next 80 years I figure at this point. Or without those of us trying to save mankind it could be all of us gone completely.

So, if you have the time please try to help save mankind from extinction like I am at this blog.

Here are some good braces if you are getting carpal tunnel from typing too much too.

Be sure to try on several to see which ones work best for you. My wife brought me home about 5 different kinds and I picked a right one and then she went out and got me an identical left one. And so this has reduced my pain in my lower thumbs mostly by about 80% to 90% so far. However, I'm still dealing with buttoning my shirt and that kind of pain or opening jars which is difficult too at this point. IF I put the full strength of my hands to work it is really painful so I have to back off. But, don't wait very long once you diagnose why you are in pain because it will just get worse and worse if you don't wear braces on your hands to stop the progression.

I don't sleep with them on I just put them on when I'm typing and that's all. and this works for me.

However, I'm very lucky I haven't had these kinds of problems until I am now 71.
