I still have another device mimicking this computer

Periodically, I notify the powers that be that there is at least one computer or device mimicking the numbers that this computer broadcasts and receives through. I do this to absolve myself of all responsibility for whoever is doing this. Because I have no idea who is doing this or for what purposes.
