After consciously soul traveling for over 50 years:

What is the experience like?

I experience being in all time and space all the time but resident in a physical body here on earth.

So, often people might communicate with me and if they are harmonious I might communicate back.

Some people have good motivations and others don't. So, I usually communicate only with those with good motivations. If I communicated with those with bad motivations they might die because all their karma might return then and kill them.

I was taught by Tibetan Lamas to protect all beings from gaining negative karma against me otherwise I wouldn't have made it as far as I have. So, until you learn to protect all beings like you would protect children you can't go very far in being an adept as a compassionate being.

So, learning how to supernaturally protect others from their self destructive tendencies is one way you move forward on a path of compassion.

So, if I communicated with people with bad motivations they might die and I don't want them to die so I don't communicate with people with bad motivations. I don't want them to die just because I communicated with them.

However, that doesn't mean that their karma won't return naturally and do them in in any given moment either.

Geshe Lobsang Gyatso who was a Gelugpa Tibetan Buddhist Lama which is the same lineage as the Dalai Lama. And he traveled to India with the Dalai Lama when he escaped Tibet for his own safety in the 1950s I believe said to me that karma is sort of like seeds.

If the seeds fall upon cement they won't germinate (both good and bad karma and neutral karma both)
If the seeds fall upon the ground without water they won't germinate
If the seeds fall into the water but don't have earth they won't germinate (except for the plants that can grow in water.

So, only under perfect conditions does karma actually manifest (good, bad or indifferent).

I thought much differently about karma after that.

Another things is the more good you do in all ways for all life in the universe the better your karma becomes which also lengthens your life as you help beings everywhere.

So, I prefer to function as a father and a grandfather to all life in the universe so I am constantly helping all life whenever I see an opportunity in all ways I am capable of.

As compassionate beings our auras reach out and first encompass the earth and then the solar system and finally the galaxy and then all galaxies and all time and space.

Becoming a soul traveler helped me to accomplish this so I could be of infinite benefit to all beings in all galaxies.
