There's basically two ways (as of right now) that you survive coronavirus: first is you get it and somehow survive it.
The 2nd is you shelter in place enough to not get it.
But, if you are studying all this like I am, you also see this isn't going away anytime soon because now even with a vaccine (at least in the U.S.) enough people aren't going to get a vaccine because of (anti-vaxers) worldwide. And this is going to prevent a herd immunity from happening because the percentage of people getting the vaccine isn't going to be high enough for herd immunity to happen (at least here in the U.S). What this means in real time is we are going to be watching people get coronavirus for at least 5 to 10 years worldwide and it could be 100 years from now people will still be dying from coronavirus some places on earth.
So, not only is this not going away it likely will get much much worse starting around September (at least in the northern Hemisphere.
Once again study what happened during the 1918 Spanish Flu to better understand what likely is going to happen starting in September 2020.
Since 100,000 Americans died between September and October of 1918 it is possible that that many or up to 3 times that many (because we are now 3 times the population then) could happen.
Preparing for this type of event which could also disrupt Food Supply Chains worldwide might be important by stocking up on non-perishables between now and then. Because once this hits (if it hits) in September it will likely be bad (much worse than now) from September 2020 to April or May of 2021.
