Trump: "Can you Assure Anyone of Anything?"

I was incredulous to this answer. He was asked whether he could assure parents that their children would be safe going to schools and of course his response was: "Can you assure anyone of anything?"

So, in other words he takes no responsibility for anything in his life?

I thought that was the difference between Adults and children. Adults take responsibility for all their actions, even if they are accidental.

Children do not.

So, I guess we have to define Trump as a child.

But, if Trump is a child what is he doing as president of the United States?

IF Trump is defined as being a child or incapacitated he shouldn't be a president because that doesn't make any sense to anyone.
