It's not hard to think of governments who could accomplish this. China and Iran both come to mind who would wish this timing of Trump's potential death. However, it goes beyond this to infecting our national security apparatus as well. Yes. It might have started with Hope Hicks (or anyone she has come into contact with (directly or indirectly). This is something that a foreign government could easily arrange to happen. But, if this happened, we should look carefully at whether Hope Hicks survives this or not. If she doesn't it might mean that an especially virulent more fatal strain is now in the highest echelons of government infecting people as high as the president and first lady and Hope Hicks but likely because of the lack of wearing masks around the President because of his anti-mask stance it also might mean you could have 10s or 100s or eventually thousands of people in close association with the president and first lady coming down with a very virulent and potentially lethal strain of coronavirus.
Another government that wants nothing better than complete chaos in the U.S. Government is Putin. The KGB style of destroying the U.S. government is textbook regarding what just happened. It would be a potential way to throw a monkey wrench into the functioning of this government just when we are trying to elect a new president.
Will there even be a Presidential Election?
Is Trump faking his coronavirus in order to take over the government like a dictator?
How many other people in government will be infected or have to quarantine and because of this put national security in jeapordy?
Is our government in danger of collapse or attack because of all this?
All these questions are valid ones now.
We are in a place as scary as a government right now as when President Kennedy was assassinated in November of 1963.
