Sangay Gupta a Brain Surgeon who speaks regularly on CNN was saying that
mask mandates can and will slow the spread but the problem is it is like a Cruise ship
going full speed. It takes a really long time for a big ship like that to slow down no matter what you do.
So, what he means is that the ship of Coronavirus will likely go at least this fast or faster before anything we do is able to slow it down at all.
