Are the VAccines Pfizer and Moderna too good to be true?

Here is what I presently think from my studies of this issue:

Pfizer and Moderna are High Tech and New Tech and experimental. But, we are sort of at a place of "Any port in the storm of World Wide Coronavirus."

It appears presently that only those who get a vaccine might survive the next few years here on earth, especially because whole families are getting infected in India now because of extreme variants that are putting all adult members of families into hospitals presently over about 16 or 18 years of age. 

So, at this point at least, not getting a Pfizer or Moderna two shot cocktail over 3 weeks very likely will be the difference between life and death among most people on earth during the next few years.

In other words it is possible now that most people not vaccinated (eventually with boosters) will be dead by 2030 here on earth at present.

I cannot guarantee this but this is what it looks like at present here on planet Earth.
