Though it is unlikely that the U.S. will reach herd immunity in all 50 states there are some states like California that might reach it

 Therefore, one of the main economic engines for the whole World could be California and a few other states who actually manage to achieve herd immunity and are able to continue to provide goods and services to the whole world as a direct result. States in the U.S. that do achieve herd immunity will be the ones now that economically at least might save the whole world simply because no other country in the world that I present know of has been as efficient at getting people to get vaccinated as the U.S. has.

It's true that in places like China you might be forced to receive a vaccine whether you want one or not but in regard to actual free nations no single nation is vaccinating now at the rate the U.S. has been. Even now though we are starting to reach the people that are more uncertain about getting a vaccine now mostly because they have heard bad things about Johnson and Johnson and Astra Zeneca vaccines.

But, if you study what is happening the best choice is first a Pfizer vaccine and next and very similar is the Moderna Vaccine. This way you don't have to worry about the problems people might be having with Johnson and Johnson in quality control or blot clotting and the like among women under 50.

MRNA is a brand new technology completely different than the older flu shot technology of a Johnson and Johnson or an Astra Zeneca vaccine. MRNA is Pfizer and Moderna by the way.
