Nor am I convinced that the Chinese government did this on purpose to (take over the world economically) like some people think because they believe they can be more "disciplined" than free nations can be.
I'm not convinced that it was even created by accident or on purpose on earth at this point.
I'm likely more convinced that beings that manage earth's ecology for the galaxy sort of like Earth Galactic Park Rangers are just "thinning the herd" for ecological purposes because humans don't seem to be able to maintain numbers that can actually be sustained ecologically for thousands to millions of years all by themselves yet.
I'm thinking no number over about 1 billion people on the surface of earth can be maintained without all species dying out within the next few hundred years so we are being ecologically thinned out at random in order to achieve ecological balance within 500 years time.
IF this premise is true then all nations should divide their present population by 8 for the result of what your populations will likely be in 2100 AD
