A friend disagrees with me that the world is in worse shape now than during World war II

 He says if you went to Dunkirk or Dresden during the Fire bombing that I would have a different opinion.

However, in some ways you cannot compare a war to a worldwide pandemic because often the pandemic is going to win regarding deaths and maimings of various kinds. And since to a greater or lesser degree there is NO END IN SIGHT anywhere on earth for any of these variants the amount of people likely has already exceeded the number who died (civilians and soldiers) during World War II. However, since a minimum of 7/8 of those deaths are not counted because the people were not tested it means the figures we are dealing with worldwide are completely bogus.

So, my personal point of view is that more than 100 million people likely have already died here on earth with possibly another 50 or 100 million more to come during the next few years. This appears to be what is presently happening with no end in sight that ANY medical personnel can vouch for anywhere worldwide.
