The force of this 8.2 earthquake tsunami is primarily to the south as you can see from this photo

However, it looks like the Hawaiian Islands could be hit pretty hard as they are in the red or pink.

However, since the maximum is only around 47 inches it might not be that bad on the chart if you convert the centimeters to inches in height of water coming. But, remember water coming is often not just one wave but the actual level of the water itself goes to that height and then any waves that are coming in are above that height.
