If you force even hospital workers to get vaccine many will quit instead

I think it's a personal decision whether to get vaccinated or not. If hospital workers in New York or somewhere else are forced to get vaccinated to keep their jobs you are going to see many quit instead.

Everyone has to move according to what their beliefs and conscience actually is. Especially hospital workers often are only hanging on by a thread barely able to continue watching people die of Covid day after day after day. And then they are forced to vaccinate? This is just the final straw that will make many of them quit and do something else somewhere else instead. 

I think it's fine to require health care workers to get vaccinated as long as you are prepared to lose about 40% of them when you do this which is about the national average everywhere. I think the vaccination rate of people who don't want to die of Covid right now is about 55%. So, I think about 40% refusing to get vaccinated in any hospital is about right and quitting instead.
