The Base of the Atmospheric River that hit California appears to be hitting Houston up through Canada now

This has to be one of the strangest weather patterns I have ever seen. Because it is hitting about Houston Texas now and going all the way up into Canada. It's hard for me to imagine that it is coming from China all the way to Texas as this same atmospheric River that hit California along with the Bomb Cyclone!

We are definitely into some strange Global Climate change weather patterns now.
