The House Now may stay in session on September 30th for up to 6 months without ending the session

 Why?

I think the last date that legally the 1 trillion dollar infrastructure bill could be voted on was September 30th 2021.

However, one Speaker of the House in the kept it in the same date for around 6 months time. So, this has been done before.

So, in order to pass this 1 trillion infrastructure bill passed by the Senate already, the legal fiction of not ending the September 30th session is being employed by Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi as well as other Speakers have done in the past for similar circumstances.

How do they handle this? They can do adjournments for bathroom breaks and lunches and also all night breaks too during these up to 6 months that they will do this to make sure that the 1 trillion dollar infrastructure bill passes both houses. It has already passed the Senate so it ONLY needs to pass the House too.
