GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR THE MOUNTAINS OF SAN BERNARDINO
AND RIVERSIDE COUNTIES...THE SANTA ANA MOUNTAINS...THE INLAND
EMPIRE...INLAND ORANGE COUNTY...AND THE SAN GORGONIO PASS...

* WIND...Northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph. Winds
will gradually subside overnight through Friday, but localized
wind gusts to around 40 mph will continue downwind of passes and
canyons on Friday.

* HUMIDITY...Minimum relative humidity of 5 to 10 percent with
poor overnight recovery.

* TIMING...tonight through 6 PM Friday.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
