This appears to be a serious reaction to a Russian invasion of Ukraine. I you have looked at the location of Norstream 2 it goes from Ust-Luga in Russia through the Baltic Sea to Greifswald in Germany which from my point of view is just an accident waiting to happen to the Baltic Sea. It's an insane thing to build in the first place.
This will be a Natural Gas pipeline. When I checked it already has been completed as a pipeline
