I think Putin most resembles HItler in his present behavior

 And I think we are going to see this in the coming years if he stays in power. It was the way he threatened the whole world if they interfered in any way with what his plans are. He is thinking a lot like Victorian and pre-Victorian men in Russia which is incredibly dangerous in an era of Nuclear weapons, Chemical Weapons and secret Time Travel here on earth in so many many different ways. 

Both Putin and Trump are so self centered they really don't care how many people die as long as they get their totally selfish wishes manifest. It doesn't matter how many die or are brutally murdered. This is just the way both of them are in real life.
