Putin cannot win Ukraine war UNLESS he decided to radiate it with nuclear radiation to where no one could ever live there again

And this might be what he does.

In other words there are two ways he can do this.

1. He nukes all of Ukraine with a Hydrogen bomb big enough to radiate and destroy everything there.

Or 

1. He lets loose Chernobyl and the other 4 nuclear power plants by bombing them all with conventional weapons thereby radiating ALL of Ukraine to the point where no one can live there again.

And even if hundreds of thousands of people die trying to encase that radiation in cement like they did with Chernobyl it's going to be an uphill battle with large sections of the country uninhabitable a long ways around each nuclear power plant.

IF Putin can't win (for any reason) this is what he will do if he is still in power then and not dead already from assassination by his own people.

The Russian People don't want this war only Putin. When enough of them realize this he will be either assassinated or put in jail. The sooner that happens the better for Ukraine and the whole world.
