What the future looks like (if we don't have a nuclear war that kills us all)

 Basically, whether it is time changers on earth or in the galaxy retroactively preventing nuclear wars after they happen it doesn't really matter because people on earth would not be told about this anyway by any government on earth or beyond.

So, if we are all still alive it is likely that first Russia then China might collapse (or i suppose they also could become democracies at some point too. Though because of communications being blocked from the free world in both Russia and China and this getting worse every day that might become more likely at least for the present to where "Radio Free Europe" or something like that might begin again worldwide maybe on short wave or something like that if it isn't jammed by Russia and China. not sure how all that could or would shake out over time.

The future (if nuclear wars are either prevented or retroactively stopped by governments on this planet or beyond this planet, (likely won't include governments like Russia and China now have. Why?

The governments of Russia and China are not going to be successful in saving their peoples from Global Climate changes fast enough for enough of them to survive the next 25 to 50 years. 

This is the simple way to say this.

ONLY Bottom up governments like Democracies have can actually withstand the ravages of Global Climate changes this century because they are the only ones that can move fast enough to survive what is coming now for all life on earth.
