The choice appears to be only whether people grow up and die as soldiers fighting over food or whether babies die through abortions.
People who don't see this are pretty unrealistic and haven't really studied the world at present. It's great to be idealistic but eventually if people don't get practical their lives end suddenly or slowly and in awful ways.
We have all seen friends of ours die from drugs and alcohol or from racing cars or rock climbing or suicide over a girlfriend that didn't work out or you name it.
But, not seeing the writing on the wall in regard to abortion is even worse for the world now.
On one level I understand why Christians are freaking out and why they pushed these Extreme Republican Supreme Court Judges through even though they all lied to Congress about what they planned to do.
What we are seeing is a complete anomaly in the taking away of rights of women so completely. It will create a Slave Class just like before where women are slaves because they won't control their bodies and what happens to them because of this ruling (at least in 26 states which will be punitive to women for getting pregnant by any means when they want to end that pregnancy.
So, in 1960 we had a civil war over the slaves of black people. Now we likely will have a war over the slavery of women of all races. Whether it will be bloody or not remains to be seen.
Recently I was watching the news and out of Texas 20% of the abortions performed now on the border of Texas are from Texas women getting abortions in Mexico which I found very interesting.
The point is that Abortions realistically are the only deterrent at present to Nuclear war and armageddon with the human race completely going extinct some time this century or the next.
It's great to be idealistic but pragmatically this is the truth about life on earth.
