Though Russia has lost around 30,000 Russian Soldiers it is also true that Ukraine is losing 60 to 100 men per day

 This is not sustainable for Ukraine. So, just in sheer manpower since Putin is now drafting men of any age for the Russian Armies it may not be sustainable for Ukraine to win this war if Putin doesn't give up soon. And it's not likely he will give up even if he kills everyone in Ukraine and all the men in Russia.
