Why are Russia and China acting so Crazy Worldwide now?

 For Russia, the war in Ukraine is to distract Russians mainly for just how bad the Russia situation regarding Global Climate changes actually are. It focuses attention away from the Disaster that Russia is right now. Seeing it this way you make more sense of what Russia is doing through Putin.
