The top ten places Chinese people in China want to travel to:

 This actually makes sense because though I haven't traveled to China (almost did from Nepal in 1986) but didn't want to risk children on bus over 20,000 foot pass then. A friend of mine had witnessed a busload of dead people in another bus when it broke down at 20,000 feet and everyone died of one thing or another on board that bus waiting for help. This is the road from Katmandu to Lhasa, Tibet over a 20,000 foot pass. But, I did go up to 10,000 feet on a trek with my family then to Helambu and Tarkey Gyan and other trekking locations then with my family. We trekked about 50 miles then up to 10,000 feet in the Langtang Area near a peak and also trekked through snow and were snowed upon too then in February or March of 1986. But, we always found places to rent to stay inside for the night along the trek to stay warm enough to stay healthy. It's pretty amazing to hike where there are no roads at all for 25 miles and finding a hotel or dwelling to rent to stay in to stay warm enough for the night. Never have seen anything like it in the U.S. but I hear the Alps in Europe are a lot like this too with places to eat and stay often on Trails there through the Alps of Switzerland, and Austria especially..

This list makes complete sense too because Thailand and Japan and Singapore and South Korea are close by to China, whereas places like the US and Australia are much further away.
