Balance
is different
at Every
Age
Whether you see this as physical balance or just how you eat or exercise or love in your life it's all about balance in life.
For example, I have always been a very coordinated person with perfect eyesight. So, I found myself at around 45 or 50 needing some kind of magnifier to read the small print on bottles or medicines. So, I kept in my wallet at first a little plastic magnifier the size of a business card that worked. But, over time I had to get stronger and stronger things to read the small print with.
By the time I had to get glasses for reading I found I couldn't read paper books any more because the print was too small so I gave that up. However, I found that for some reason I could read from my laptop (a 15 inch screen Macbook pro laptop that I bought in 2009. Then I bought another one in 2015 which I recently upgraded with a new rechargeable battery and screen and keyboard for around 600 to 700 dollars instead of buying a whole new Laptop macbook pro.
The point of all this is at every age there is new balance to be found. And it's difficult to grow older especially if you have been as coordinated and physical as I have been. However, adapting and finding your balance in all ways in the food you eat, in how you sleep, in how you exercise is important because as you age Your LIFE depends upon all these things as well as the medicines you take and the doctors and specialists you see in order to stay alive to 70 or 90 or 100 or more along the way.
So, at each and every point, balance in all ways is how one stays alive and copes with whatever life brings.
By God's Grace
