The only real difference I see personally between a Coder and a Computer programmer is maybe Coders don't Flowchart?

 When I learned to write computer programs in the mid 1960s you started usually with a Flow chart of what you were trying to accomplish. This created a logical flow to what you were trying to do.

It was like when you write a term paper in High School or College you might create an outline of what you are trying to do to make it easier to organize what you are trying to accomplish in your term paper.

With a Flow Chart properly written you might then be able to Code that logic into literally any computer language.

This is logically how I see all this in the difference between Programmers and Coders.

So, therefore a coder might use a flow chart already written by a programmer to do his or her coding into literally ANY computer language?
