As you can see the people who got hit the hardest from this Atmospheric River with properties somewhat like a Hurricane.
So, there are presently about 150,000 households and businesses without power as of 6 pm Tuesday night.
Later: Actually the number is closer to 180,000 when I added all the numbers up.
