Power outage from 3 pm approximately to 9pm Today while I was driving up from Santa Barbara

I drove up today from Santa Barbara but it was very windy likely more windy probably than I had ever driven in along the coast from Santa Barbara north to around Buellton on Highway 101 up the coast. The wind continued off and on and often farming fields were obscurred with dust from the winds and at one point the dust came across the freeway and mostly obscurred it from view. I was okay driving through this but maybe others aren't used to driving through obstacles like this where you cannot see anything much. But, luckily it didn't go on for 20 to 100 miles like coastal fog can and that is where you see serious accidents of one to 100 cars and trucks.

But, the wind in one form or another also knocked out power where I live nearer to San Francisco because it was coming off the ocean with great force so there were white caps from Santa Barbara everywhere I could see the ocean all the way from Santa Barbara to the San Francisco area which is very unusual. So, from my point of view this is just more Global Climate changes taking place here in California.

Also they said more people in the U.S. have died of Tornadoes already in the U.S. than died all last year 2022 from Tornadoes. So, Global climate changes?
