The 30 to 35% who are actually Trump Faithfuls are not enough to elect him as president

 This is why Trumpers are trying to force all Republicans to sign a pledge to vote for whoever is nominated. 

But, people who actually care about our democracy in a Republic and realize how Trump would destroy our Constitutional Democracy in a Republic are NEVER Going to Vote for Trump Anyway whether they are Republican or Democrat or Independent or Whatever. Trump isn't going to be elected anyway.

So, the pledge is really ridiculous in the beginning, the middle and in the end.
