the highest temperature a healthy adult can survive without any long-term damage is 107.

begin partial quote from:

https://www.newzealandrabbitclub.net/whats-the-hottest-a-human-can-survive/

The temperature at which a human can survive varies depending on different variables, such as age, hydration levels, or medical conditions. However, according to a study published in 2015, the highest temperature a healthy adult can survive without any long-term damage is 107.

end quote.

But, what this actually means is that if you just let yourself get this hot and stay this hot for a lot time it will damage you in some way. But, I also read that human cells begin to actually die at 134 degrees. So, if you allow yourself to get your body temperature to this point you will die for sure. 107 just means you will be damaged if you let your body get as hot as the surrounding temperatures at 107 degrees Fahrenheit.
