NOW IS THE TIME FOR GOOD BEINGS TO COME TO THE AID OF THEIR UNIVERSE

which is about how Earth Born Time Agents are trained to prevent nuclear holocausts and other events that could destroy the largest working cultures on earth like Europe, Russia, China, the U.S. and others.

It's not that they represent the governments of any of these countries necessarily, it's that all the largest cultures will be needed in the next few centuries to prevent human extinction. Unless some cultures are organized in certain ways no one will survive the next few centuries. So, it is the technology and education of the masses and certain kinds of enculturation that will allow humanity to survive here on earth at all.

The problem of survival has mostly to do with the fact that the climate will continue to change (no matter what anyone does) for at least 300 years getting worse and worse in regard to heating up the oceans which increases the winds  etc. So, survival is more of a problem now. Also, if you look at maps of how many big cultural centers are located on the oceans and realize that most of them will be underwater up to 40 feet you know that boats will be tied to the tops or upper stories of the tallest buildings while everything else will likely be underwater.

So, Galactically funded operations like UNUS which will prevent total human extinction during the next few centuries are necessary so some human can survive the next 1000 years or more. This is why all the larger cultures need to stay intact during this time with no big wars. But, expect about 7 out of 8 of the number of people alive now on earth to be gone by 2100AD. So, the maximum people likely alive in 2100AD given all present variables is likely under 1 billion people. So, weather transitions will keep increasing the people mostly moving north away from the equator from South America and from Africa.

So, the numbers will go from thousands traveling north to Millions traveling north in order to survive at all the weather changes happening and the governmental Collapses in 3rd world nations especially in South America and Africa but also all nations near the equator on earth.
