It's true you probably could have all three at the same time which could put people in the hospital with all three things at once. This is a possibility.
Maybe this is why people with Flus are having "Long Flu" because they are actually getting more things than one at once.
The point on one level might be moot simply because it is also possible that all these things are mimicking each other's symptoms.
Whether one thing is happening or the other the effect is the same with people having multiple types of Long Covid or Long Flu Symptoms.
If you are going inside any public place it might be important to wear a mask at this point simply because of the amount of people going into the hospital or dying of these three types of things right now.
Another factor is millions of less children are actually getting like flu shots or Covid Shots which is another factor in the spread of illnesses nationwide and worldwide.
Likely public and private schools from pre-school through college are likely the biggest incubators for all these illnesses at this point around the world.
People going to the hospital are likely getting infections now from all schools and all businesses where people work indoors during this fall and winter. So, this is likely how all these things are spreading.
