The movie that best describes what it is often like for people on the "Other Side" is Ghost(1990)

This more closely resembles my experiences as an intuitive more than any other. It doesn't describe fully what it is like in the Heaven Realms but it does describe people newly dead who might not be prepared for death like I was preparing for death at age 50.

Preparation for death (through prayer and preparing yourself for what is to come is important). Our lives don't end here but are in some ways eternal.

However, just like physical science on earth what happens after we die is also a Science too and there are pitfalls if you don't understand this better. 

I think what is important is less about believing in God and more believing in Kindness and helpfulness.

Because as we treat ourselves and others our souls judge us when we die. It's not that others judge us it is we (as our souls) judge and punish ourselves in a scientific manner. So, being prepared for "The Judgement" is more like a child waiting to be spanked by it's parents in some way more than any other thing. IN some ways our souls are like our parents if our parents could live Millions of lifetimes on earth and other planets and inside Stars and heaven realms etc.

So, preparing for death or praying for those passing over eliminates much of the suffering associated with dying in a physical body on earth or literally on any planet or realm and you don't get into Heaven realms unless you are prepared in some ways to begin with. 

So, I always pray for souls (animal and human) to go to the "Land of Pure Joy" which is the easiest heaven to reach after passing on here on earth.

Because there are literally millions of heavens surrounding the earth all around us all of the time and understanding this will help you and everyone around you have a better life here on earth and beyond.

If you don't properly prepare for death or have someone praying for you in a way you become a lot like what we call "Road Kill" on Highways around the world like dead animals squashed. The problem is the animals (or people) then are horrified to see their bodies dead and sometimes don't know what to do (especially if they didn't believe in an afterlife to begin with)

So, because it is not really about belief it is a science just like the mechanics on your car are science there is no escape from the science you are met with during and after death.

Prayer seems to be the only vehicle that helps and this has to be sincere prayer as opposed to Cynical Prayer.

But these prayers can be done by anyone. It doesn't have to be done by the one dying. That is the beauty of all this.
