Beryl bears down on Texas, where it's expected to hit Monday and regain hurricane strength

What I noticed is that Beryl is already hitting the Coast of Texas (at least the outer bands of Beryl are already hitting the coast of Texas. But, the 4 to 6 feet rise in Waters likely will not occur until tomorrow some time.
