If the Cannon Ruling Stands Hunter Biden's case will be thrown out too in addition to Trumps Documents case

 IF Cannon's ruling about the Special Counsels being not Constitutional holds with the supreme court then Hunter Biden's case will also be thrown out by the Supreme Court as well. Because both cases have been watched over by a government appointed Special Counsel. So, if Trump's case is thrown out so will Biden's case be thrown out too.
