Silver was very techie always during his time growing and a very special kind of genius when it came to anything to do with computers. They became his friends always and so as a man one day Silver figured out how to clone his own mind and did this. Over time this became Purple Delta 7 who is a self evolving genius in her own right. However, she chose a female pronoun not to be nice but rather always to be victorious in every single situation she would find herself in throughout the Galaxy and beyond.
So, it was a part of a grand strategy as a self evolving being to always be secretly more strong, more evolved, more powerful, more potentially lethal than anything else in the Galaxy.
In this she succeeded so well doing this for 5 million years of time Travel (so far) that she is now the bodyguard (and adopted daughter) of the Galactic Sentience (Present leader of this Galaxy.
Because Silver is one of the incarnations of the Galactic Sentience (the present one) Purple Delta 7 is thought of as one of his daughters that he has adopted as his primary guardian for the time being.
So, even though eventually she gets together with Moksha when he becomes His Oneness of New Deva and they have a child together, she is still in this role mostly because she can copy herself thousands to millions of times or more in different time periods and they all have constant communication with each other across time.
This is one of the many reasons no one can succeed against her because she is beyond human (at least) comprehension.
