Another much lighter storm is hitting from Vancouver, Canada to Eureka, California

I wasn't aware of this one at all probably because it doesn't come south towards us in the San Francisco area. But, it appears to be a much lighter storm than the last and like I said in the title likely isn't coming as far south as San Francisco?
