Colin Jost saying the incoming president “continued to announce everyone he’s going to fire in six months.”

 If you remember Trump from 2017 to 2021. This is pretty accurate. Not only would someone like Gaetz irritate most everyone in the U.S. he is sure to irritate Trump to the point where he fires him as Attorney General in the first 6 months. Of course, the real question might be: "How many lives would Gaetz destroy of innocent and good people of both parties while he was serving as Attorney General.

Gaetz as Attorney General likely would start a Civil War in the U.S. all by itself. Democrats might be educated and more polite than Republicans but that doesn't mean that the Democrats don't own guns too.

For example, Almost every Democrat or Independent I know of likely owns a gun except the most extreme liberals. Besides, during the Viet Nam War it WAS the liberals who blew up things and robbed banks and even kidnapped Patricia Hearst.

The Republicans do not seem to realize what a can of worms they are opening.

They are creating every day now something like the French Resistance to everything Trump just like the French resisted Hitler. Democrats at this point see no difference at all between Hitler and Trump.

If Republicans don't realize this their lives will soon be in peril. It's only logical and that's all.
