If you study where civilizations came from it came from a man and a woman having children and raising these children to take care of each other and their parents while the parents also cared for these children.
Then these children had more children and so on and then you had a Tribal Family. And people spread across the world in this way.
Eventually, Some of these people discovered that they could grow food and herd animals to better survive so they didn't have to be hunter gatherers moving all over the world so much. Then kingdoms arose and shamanic Tribal Religions evolved into more State types of Religions and Kings and Queens told the people in those countries that the Kings and Queens had been sent by God to rule them. And then anyone who didn't agree with the King and Queen was often killed by their soldiers.
But, if you look at the first part before there were kings and queens it was just families taking care of each other and if possible making friends with other tribes along the way whenever they could.
And this is the basis of all true civilization on earth.
