It's possible the richer blue states will continue to be okay education wise. But, if you live in a Red State Private School or Home schooling or independent Study might be the way to go because the statement:
"All public Schools are reformatories" where kids are incarcerated until they are 18 pretty much says it all regarding most public schools here in the U.S.
One of my college professors gave me the "All public schools are reformatories" by the way. In other words children are incarcerated and not taught much at all in most public Schools. So, basically they are daytime jails more than anything else where kids are kept to keep them "OUT OF TROUBLE" and nothing really else except for socialization and socialization might only mean "Joining a Gang" to cause trouble later.
And for different learners they are a special kind of hell, especially in places where "shaming" is practiced because this just turns girls against themselves who are dyslexic or other different learners and it tends to turn boys into criminals when they are mistreated this way. This is why most criminals in prisons now are either dyslexic or different learners. If you look at the statistics it is pretty horrific nationwide and worldwide regarding all this.
