If you really think about this it is about White Nationalism and the fear that white babies won't exist sometime this century. So this is what Musk is trying to accomplish sort of like Hitler did in the 1930s and 1940s.
My point of view is this: Being White has to do with pigment in your skin more than anything else. When people moved to northern Climates like Scandinavia and Scotland and England there is a lot of overcast weather there. So, white people and blonde people and Red haired people with Blue eyes is the result of this overcast weather more than anything else. So, from this point of view of Anthroplogists White people are mutants of people from Africa. So, scientifically speaking that's what White People are.
However, there is another side to it too. When you are living in snowy places if you don't get sort of neurotic preparing for winter then you freeze to death during the winter. So, people who didn't prepare for the snowy weather all died. So, only those ambitious enough and neurotic enough survive by being busy all the time to survive the winters building wooden homes and hunting and growing food before it snowed.
also, they tended to have goats or cows or sheep too so they had milk and cheese when there was nothing growing in the winters except a few blades of grass here and there for sheep or Goats or Cows to eat. So, all these factors and more made white people the way they are both in good ways and in bad ways.
