Since my father was an electrical contractor and I worked often with him after school or Summers I knew a lot of people in the Construction trades growing up

The problem was in the 1950s and 1960s men worked hard like now but knew nothing really about diet.

So, often the result was these "Meat and Potatoes men" who worked hard were dead by 35 to 50 years old with a heart attack or stroke.

Here is the problem: If you eat a big meal of meat and potatoes and then you go to sleep like many did then without waiting 1/2 hour to an hour for your food to digest this can kill you pretty young while you are working this hard during the day.

So, all the time people I knew were dying from 35 to 50 in the building trades or as Building Contractors. It was like a Conveyor belt of death from Meat and Potatoes and then they all went to sleep after a couple of beers with their meal. This meant death pretty young for most of them.

So, my father wasn't like this at all because he raised me to be a lacto ovo Vegetarian which I was completely until I was 32 years old.

Around this time I realized that I had Type O blood which is the blood type that needs the most meat to survive of all the blood types. Other blood types do better as vegetarians than type O which is Caveman blood basically. This might mean with Type O blood (the most ancient blood type) you might be more vital and strong and maybe less likely to die than other people but it also means you are better with some meat in your diet.

So, beginning when I was 32 years old I added turkey and sometimes chicken to my diet but still my diet is usually around 95% Lacto ovo vegetarian still and one of my friends has never eaten meat in his whole life since birth and only needs B-12 sublingual vitamins even though he is almost 74 years old as a medicine for pernicious anemia which one can get from being a lifelong vegetarian.

So, there is something to be said for eating only organic foods your whole life and being a vegetarian
