Time Shifts are easy for most people to recognize.
The way I have always done it was to notice when your mind goes kind of blank throughout my life and then you might not remember what you were going to do next.
This is the most common effect of time shifts.
What should you do in a time shift?
Well, a time shift is sort of like getting hit by a big or small wave in the ocean. It sort of knocks you down and. you have to find a way to survive it.
IF it really was an ocean wave for example if the wave was smaller than your waist height often you can just turn sideways so the wave wont' knock you down into the water. You are usually more narrow at the side that you are from the front or the back.
I have found taking a wave from behind is potentially the most damaging epecially to your neck and back so you always want to take and ocean wave from the front or the side.
However, if it is shoulder height or above you must go under it with your whole body in order to be sure you survive that wave.
However, it also depends upon HOW the waves are breaking.
I know it seems somewhat silly to compare an ocean wave to a time change or time shift but they are similar in various ways so that Is why I'm doing it this way.
In some ways in a time shift everything you were doing before changes in various ways.
so, in some ways you have to ride this out like a surfer or body surfer or boogie boarder is to survive these things.
So, if you are in the middle of a time wave driving a car might kill you or harm you, all sorts of good or bad things might happen.
So, it's not only bad things that can happen many neutral or good things happen in a time change or time shift too.
So, ride out those Time Waves and Time Shifts as best as you can because everything is different from before and after when they hit.

The way most Californians ride out earthquakes of various sizes is sort of the way you ride out a time wave too.
If you get too scared it's going to put you in the hospital either way so staying calm through it might be the most important thing you can do so you can still make rational decisions regarding your survival and those around you as well.
