What does Programming computers teach you about Robotics?

Basically everything is in zeros and 1s nothing else.

However, then those zeros and 1s are set up in a binary fashion to compute numbers and letters.

So, when you approach an Autonomous Robot you have to realize you are dealing with a math equation nothing more.

You are not dealing with anything alive (unless it is programmed to simulate life in some form.

But, even then it is a simulation of human or animal life not an actual member of human or animal life.

Why is it important to think this way?

Because do you really want to trust your life to a math equation?

I don't.

Computers that are programmed are the essence of robots and robotics and especially Autonomous Robots.

What is an EV but a robot? It's like an Iphone with wheels basically. Many gasoline or diesel engine cars are potential autonomous robots like my Car which I bought in 2022. It can completely drive for me if I want it to (if I'm traveling more than 20 miles per hour.

However, it's sort of at best letting your 5 year old steer or drive your car more than anything else.

Like I said before: "Do you really want to trust your life to a Math Equation or Algorithm?"

Not me unless I'm calling the shots and in charge of the whole thing so i can live through it.
